A place to relax
The lodge is brand-new and kitted with modern amenities, yet still cosy and warm. It is situated close to the village; only 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. A range of activities are also available, with bike and canoe hire available just across the road, and the Aberfeldy Dewars Distillery right next door. Further from the village you can find Castle Menzies and no less than 5 Munroes to hike up.
Amenities
The open plan kitchen, living and dining room area is spacious and gives access to the private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining table will accomodate up to six people. Lastly, the living area has a flat screen TV, USB charging ports and a small fireplace to stay nice and toasty when it's cold outside.
There are three bedrooms, each able to fit two people. The first has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second is a twin room, with two single beds. The last room has two single beds, which can be stored on top of each other, a small desk and an armchair for cosy nights in.
All the beds come already prepared with fresh linen and warm duvets. Each room also has a spacious wardrobe with hook to hang clothes up. An iron and hairdryer are also readily available
The lodge has two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite bathroom off the double bedroom. Both have a toilet and shower, and will have towels available for our guests.
Inside the lodge
Great care was put into designing the lodge and making it complement the surrounding nature, whilst at the same time making is as comfortable as possible for our guests. The huge windows makes the space feel that much bigger, and gives the lodge a feeling of being part of the nature outside.
Additional details
The lodge is 103 square metres, and with this floor plan you can get a clear view of its layout. There is also on-site parking available right next to the entrance to the lodge.
